ALLIANCE DIRECTOR (US)
This US-based role will be responsible for Chargifi’s relationship with its largest global technology partners. Focus will be on generating sales revenue by deal collaboration and crucially, in developing exec level relationships with these global technology organizations.
Establish, maintain and expand relationship with small number of strategic partners to achieve sales, profitability and true alignment.
Plan and conduct on-boarding and training for key contacts and closely manage and nurture these accounts to identify opportunity and eliminate risk.
Fully align internally with the relevant stakeholders to ensure Chargifi's product is always front of mind.
Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationships.
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives within the assigned territories.
Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
Background + Attributes we're looking for:
5+ years of proven experience with developing both direct strategic accounts and partner networks along with a track record of successful year over year revenue growth through the channels.
Demonstrated ability to build executive level relationships.
Previous experience working within one of these industries (preferable): cloud/SAAS/IoT/Telecoms.
The ability to demonstrate account portfolio planning.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to present to executive and key decision makers.
An outgoing, personable and organised person with a strong will to succeed.
Excellent time management skills
Demonstrated ability to be an independent worker, true self-starter, who takes initiative to grow business.
