Chargifi is looking for an experienced Inside Sales leader who is an expert in selling B2B tech/SaaS, and can help us continue to build and develop our high performing inside sales team to accelerate our capability in targeted demand generation.
About Chargifi: Chargifi is experiencing huge growth due to the market opportunity and demand for smart wireless charging and this is an ideal time to join. The majority of smart phones now have wireless charging inside and it won’t be long before it is ubiquitous as Wi-Fi. Wireless power is now doing for power what Wi-Fi did for connectivity on a global scale, cutting the final cord and enabling true mobility. Chargifi delivers the market-leading cloud management platform that enables the mass deployment of wireless power. In a similar way to the multi-billion dollar success of enterprise Wi-Fi platforms (Meraki, Aruba, Ruckus) Chargifi has built and patented a software platform that specialises in the management, monitoring and monetisation of wireless power. Chargifi’s Vision And it doesn’t stop there…. We are going to take this way beyond consumer electronics, the world is going electric and electric is going wireless. We will extend beyond consumer electronics into other wireless charging applications such as electric vehicles, and even industrial (drones/robots) connecting wireless charging to the cloud so it can be managed, monitored, analysed more effectively, connecting to other systems so these IoT devices operate in a smart and intuitive way.
This position will be based in our Belfast office, and will be tasked with creating opportunities with our core target audiences in Europe and the US, but ultimately in line with our geo expansion plans.
What will this role look like week to week?
The position includes a variety of tasks focused on generating demand and awareness such as pitching on the phone, crafting emails, becoming influential on social media such as LinkedIn, researching and building contacts for relevant accounts.
You must be comfortable with high levels of calls/emails/LinkedIn messages per day, progressing leads down the key stages in the sales cycle, as well as managing a growing team.
Lead weekly and monthly meetings with the sales and marketing team.
Meet with your team to develop and coach, providing feedback, support and development plans.
Track sales team metrics and key KPI’s and report data to Chargifi leadership on a regular basis accurately review/report/forecast weekly and monthly (Activity, Leads, SQLs, opportunity contribution)
Develop sales incentives to create the best conditions to drive performance within your team

Experienced in coaching and training SDR’s with 0-5 years’ experience. Maintaining low-attrition and with examples of driving reps from zero to hero.

What we are looking for:
Experience building high-performing inside sales teams that will drive lead generation for Chargifi.

You will be flexible with UK/US hours which could mean you could start later and finish later in the day to maximise targeting the US which is our current focus and has the largest opportunities.
You will be an experienced salesperson able to demonstrate that you are a high performer in sales and that actions speak louder than words as you lead from the front.
Experience with using targeted, segmentation and persona based marketing approaches (e.g. Account Based Marketing) aligning closely with field sales to achieve high quality SQLs and opportunities.
Proficient in database and CRM reporting (Salesforce experience preferable)
2+ years of management experience leading a B2B inside sales team effectively
5+ years of direct sales experience
Experience in creating and executing an effective inside sales targeting strategy and plan using tried and tested sales methodology/processes (i.e. Challenger Sale, Solution Sale, Inbound as a few examples)
Familiarity with managing the sale process in a CRM system (Salesforce preferable)
Experience working with Account Based marketing methodologies / targeting /segmentation preferred
Excellent coaching skills; ability to observe, evaluate, and give meaningful feedback
Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns
Highly proficient in the use of CRM (Salesforce preferable)
Proficient in number crunching data, segmentation for targeting and effectively integrating with the salesforce CRM
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Experience selling SaaS style solutions
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and other inside sales software stack
Experience selling to Hospitality, Digital Workplace/Enterprise, Education, Large Public Venues, and/or Retail.
Existing relationships and a strong network in the B2B Tech industry selling into the above verticals
