HEAD OF MARKETING

The role will focus predominantly on lead generation, but will also require elements of product marketing, content marketing, sales enablement and channel support with a global remit. Chargifi wants to become the leader in wireless charging and this role will spearhead that development and strategy.

You will be able to take the initiative in a fast-growing company, flexing to changing needs and establishing rules and process where none exist. You will also be confident in dealing with senior stakeholders and comfortable closely collaborating with sales teams.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand the go-to-market strategy and translate into regional marketing plans that generates new leads
  • Identify opportunities, develop strategies, value proposition, and solution positioning and marketing programs to differentiate the client from the competition and drive revenue growth
  • Understand needs of core customers as well as emerging customers who have the potential for future growth
  • Gather and communicate appropriate competitive intelligence to drive strategy development
  • Own the delivery of the marketing plan against milestones and budget, track and report on all marketing KPIs, optimising performance based on data
  • Plan and manage a mix of B2B marketing activities, including events, online, content, sponsorship, advertising, email nurture
  • Generate new campaign ideas, research and suggest new events, awards, partnerships, influencers
  • Create new marketing processes, streamline operations for greater efficiency

Background + Attributes we're looking for: 

  • 5+ years marketing experience in a high growth, fast-paced, B2B and/or B2C environment

  • Previous experience developing integrated lead generation strategies and executing campaigns with a proven record of supporting sales to meet and exceed pipeline and revenue targets

  • Confident communicator and collaborator to the uppermost levels of Executive team

  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously and deliver in full with a keen attention to detail

  • A dual-minded approach: highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven

  • Must have high energy, passion and a positive can-do attitude

  • Experience with taking SaaS products to market
