Inside Sales Executive (Belfast)

Chargifi is looking for a high performing Inside Sales Executive with experience selling B2B tech/SaaS, who can help us build and contribute to an industry leading inside sales function that will dramatically accelerate our capability in demand generation.

Chargifi provides systems integrators and businesses (for example Marriott, MGM, Grand Hyatt, Hilton, BT, Amazon, and Imperial College London) with the tools that enable them to provide and deploy wireless charging (as a service) at scale. We are going to take this way beyond consumer electronics, the world is going electric and electric is going wireless. We will extend beyond consumer electronics into electric vehicles and industrial (drones/robots) making wireless charging connected and smart for better experiences.

Every global car maker has an active wireless charging programme. BMW and Mercedes have launched EVs that charge wirelessly and others are following..and smart wireless charging is a key requirement for autonomous vehicles.

As we prove success in the consumer electronics space we will then turn our focus to building out new markets for EV’s and smart cities. This role will be pivotal in generating demand and market feedback to ensure our success in realising our vision.

Our Belfast Office recently opened to drive growth in Product Development/Research and Sales & Marketing Operations from Northern Ireland. This position will be based in Belfast, and will be tasked with creating opportunities with our core target audiences in Europe and the US.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Happy to be flexible with UK/US hours which could mean starting later and finishing later in the day to maximise targeting the US which is the current focus and has the biggest opportunities.

  • A self-starter, dynamic growth hacker by nature with determination and resilience to identify key targets in our audience and create opportunities with them for our field sales team.

On a weekly basis, you will:

  • Perform a variety of tasks such as making phone calls, writing e-mails, using social media, and researching companies to generate interest with the potential to expand over time.

  • Be comfortable making multiple calls/emails/LinkedIn messages per day leading to closing key stages in the Sales cycle.

  • Accurately forecast on a weekly and monthly cadence to meet and exceed quotas (Activity, Leads, SQLs)

  • Actively participate in the sales cycle to bring new accounts & new business onboard

Required qualifications:

  • 2+ years of inside sales experience with track record

  • Experience in tried and tested sales methodology/processes (i.e. Challenger Sale, Solution Sale, Inbound as a few examples)

  • Familiarity with managing the sales process in a CRM system

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills

  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns

Desired qualifications:

  • Experience selling SaaS style solutions

  • BA or BSc degree

  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and other inside sales power tools

  • Understanding of Hospitality, Digital Workplace/Enterprise, Education, Large Public Venues, and/or Retail.

  • Existing relationships and a strong network in the B2B Tech industry selling into the above verticals
