Welcome to the future.

It's going to be a 'seamless' and 'highly personalised' one.
The technology showcased at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas in early January was heavily dominated by drones and connected devices of all kinds. The National Retail Federation (NRF) in New York the following week, focused on getting as close and personal as possible to the customer, truly understanding their needs, meaning there are no excuses not to give them what they want, when they want it.

At Chargifi, we've been looking at how we support seamless and highly personalised experiences and the importance of wireless to this future. Read about our 2018 predictions for wireless in this Tech Bullion piece, and more about highly personalised, location-based experiences below.

During CES, we deployed Chargifi’s wireless charging solution for MGM, at the entertainment powerhouse's NEW YORK-NEW YORK Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. NEW YORK-NEW YORK now offers complimentary service for guests at the Center Bar, those with wireless-charging-enabled devices simply place them on the bar to charge. The average charging session at a hotel lasts 50 minutes, making it a truly valuable opportunity for the hotel to engage with guests and visitors, and monetize these interactions. Find out more about CES and wireless charging at hotels in our blog.
