Revealed: Disconnect between workplace experience and employee expectations.
This new report gives an insight into the scale of the disconnect between the workplace experience and employee expectations, and some key points to consider. The study polled more than 2,000 employees about their workplace experience and how workplace mobility affects their day-to-day lives.
Key findings included:
More than half (54%) of employees want to work away from their desk to concentrate on tasks and demand quiet zones to think.
Only 39% say their office is set-up to allow them to work in other areas away from their desk, and better enablement is needed.
Almost one-in-five (18%) people with their own desk said insufficient technology hinders their productivity.
