Chargifi uses the venue’s WiFi solely for communication with the SmartSpots in the venue. The smartSpots don’t communicate with each other, or with any other device on the venue’s network.
Chargifi adheres to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
This means that the data that is collected and sent to Chargifi Cloud is anonymous.
With Chargifi Connect, you can integrate data with other third party systems.
For more information on data protection, please contact us and ask us for our Security Whitepaper.
SmartSpot commissioning consists of three core phases: device manufacturing, provisioning, and activation (enrolment). All three phases must be implemented reliably and at scale to ensure a successful and secure IoT deployment. Chargifi takes care of all three of these core phases to ensure reliable and trackable production of SmartSpots. All software commissioning to devices is performed in a secure, scalable, and fail-safe manner.
Security is not a feature, it is an ongoing process. We provide continuous ongoing maintenance and improvements to keep the platform secure.
Only members of your organization, any service provider appointed by you to manage your installations, and the Chargifi team have access to your data. Your raw data will never be shared with any other organization.
