Chargifi uses the venue’s WiFi solely for communication with the Chargifi Wireless Charging Spots in the venue. The Chargifi Spots don’t communicate with each other, or with any other device on the venue’s network.
Only members of your organization, any service provider appointed by you to manage your installations, and the Chargifi team have access to your data. Your raw data will never be shared with any other organization.
Chargifi adheres to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
This means that the data that is collected and sent to Chargifi Cloud is anonymous.
With Chargifi Connect, you can integrate data with other third party systems.

SmartSpot commissioning consists of three core phases: device manufacturing, provisioning, and activation (enrolment). All three phases must be implemented reliably and at scale to ensure a successful and secure IoT deployment. Chargifi takes care of all three of these core phases to ensure reliable and trackable production of Chargifi Wireless Charging Spots. All software commissioning to devices is performed in a secure, scalable, and fail-safe manner.
Security is not a feature, it is an ongoing process. We provide continuous ongoing maintenance and improvements to keep the platform secure.
Chargifi Cloud is hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS). We are satisfied that AWS provides a strong level of security in retaining our data.
